Asti Alicia is place to connect to Asti - the person.
Asti is a Fashion and Vintage Interior Designer.
Garments and accessories are generally made by Asti herself. Please consider this when making an order. Fulfilment times may need longer for processing than regular online stores.

Asti Alicia *does not* offer refunds for custom items. However, please make contact if you would like assistance with selling on an original Asti Alicia item on our marketplace on this website.

Refunds (if applicable)
A refund will only be issued if a garment arrives and it is faulty. Refunds will not be issued if a garment doesn't fit or is a change of mind. As above, we are happy to help you sell through our marketplace. 

If your order is incorrect or you believe it is faulty, please contact us by email within 7 (working) days of receiving your goods. We do not exchange/refund for change of mind. Once we authorise the exchange/refund and provide you with return instructions, you must return the goods within an additional 7 working days, unless alternative options are organised with the Asti Alicia team.
